Account Management Director

What you’ll do:

  • Be a team leader, help grow and develop a team of account manager

  • Grow and manage 1-2 accounts that you own

  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure success and growth of accounts assigned to your team

  • Obtains resources needed to reach individual and team goals

  • Prioritizes team morale and productivity, celebrating team accomplishments

  • Develops long-term strategy for teams across the business to meet with partners needs

  • Unlocks the power of Expedia new and existing products with partners to help grow revenue for the business

  • Be a subject matter expert in complex offerings in product, technology and offerings

  • Guides others to find solutions to meet complex and unique needs of the partner

  • Demonstrate knowledge of competitors and the marketplace to continue to execute on the growth goals

  • Demonstrate understanding of competitor products, services, and marketing strategy

  • Understand and can analyze complex business models and diverse financial deals

Who you are:

  • 6-8 years of people management and account management experience

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • A passion to do what it takes to grow the business and your team

  • Superb coaching and leadership skills, capable of developing strong and diverse teams

  • Excellent analytical skills and an Impactful communicator and influence
