B2B Acquisition Marketing, Associate Manager

Your objective will be to increase our conversion metrics by optimizing our acquisition funnel through marketing levers to bring new partners to Expedia Group. You will be responsible for our testing strategy plan for our landing pages and onboarding experiences an ongoing basis by partnering with our product team. You will champion our testing framework to ensure we are constantly learning and improving our key metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with our main stakeholders (Sales, Marketing Ops, Product & Analytics) to master the current experience to identify new initiatives 

  • Develop a testing framework and roadmap to implement ideas to improve the funnel 

  • Using tools like Tableau and Excel, you will analyse performance and feed learnings back into our on-going strategy

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and different customer types to identify opportunities to create content to drive referral and inbound traffic 

  • Run experiments based on clear hypotheses, including advanced A/B tests that will support our paid marketing campaigns 

  • Working with the CRM strategy lead in improving our lead nurturing & onboarding emails  

  • Use both internal and external research & insights to create relevant messaging and positioning for the segments, and ultimately drive partner acquisition 

  • Consume and stay on top of industry trends and competitive insights 

Who are you:

  • You have experience working in a B2B Marketing role for 2 years ideally in a Tech, Travel or e-commerce environment 

  • Someone with effective communication skills who is comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders to senior level 

  • You are a team player, being able to adapt to change and work with your team to offer solutions to problems or queries 

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Proficiency in analysing and manipulating data

  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to meet set goals and deadlines
