Director, Sales-Media Solutions
Introduction To The Team:
Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.
Make An Impact:
The Director of Media Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for our digital platform's media offerings for a specified territory in North America. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in media sales, digital advertising, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing and nurturing key client relationships and creating innovative sales strategies.
In This Role You Will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive media sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets for the digital platform's media products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Manage, lead and mentor a team of media sales professionals.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in media sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and media sales.
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with advertising agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The total cash range for this position in New York City and Boston is $253,500 to $355,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $405,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle and Austin is $238,500 to $334,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $381,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Dallas is $217,000 to $303,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $347,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Miami is $217,000.00 to $303,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $347,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
