In this role, you will be part of the newly formed Global HR Operations organization, responsible for providing simple, scalable, and efficient core HR services to all Expedia employees worldwide. This includes delivering frontline customer support, processing high-volume transactions, and improving many aspects of the employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist Tier 1s with critical case support post due diligence and work towards process simplification.

  • Build insights on policy improvements for HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) based on employee cases.

  • Cascade feedback from COEs to team members.

  • Support critical business processes end-to-end.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

  • Conduct initial feasibility assessments and risk analyses for potential projects.

  • Consistently audit our Service Management data, providing analysis, reports, and trends to our Global Leader.

  • Ensure all Employee Self Service information for respective COEs is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.

  • Manage communications and ensure process SOPs are updated at all times across all regions, partnering with COE teams.

  • Present and communicate effectively and timely to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate cross-regionally and regularly with other regional benefit analysts to ensure sound global harmonization of processes and service delivery.

Who You Are:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing Employee Life Cycle (NORAM/EMEA) processes for a Human Resource team.

  • Knowledge of 401(k) Administration for the US is preferred.

  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized and process-oriented.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and especially Excel.

  • Demonstrated initiative to build and improve processes with team members.

  • Ability to interpret and understand HR data.

  • Proactive self-starter who can work well under pressure in an environment of continuous change.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
