Expedia Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to work with our corporate administration team. This team handles the corporate governance of the 200+ Expedia Group companies. This is a rare opportunity to join a legal team that is professional, collaborative and highly respected. The applicant will be very detail orientated and eager to learn and grow in their career with Expedia.

What you’ll do:

  • Working with local counsel and internal teams to ensure accurate maintenance of legal entities
  • Proficient maintenance of corporate information, records and company file organization through our electronic entity and document management system
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with internal functional groups such as tax, accounting, finance, HR and treasury
  • Working closely with other members of the team on admin and project tasks
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Who you are:

  • Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish good working relationships
  • Ability to set priorities and exercise judgment and problem solving
  • Ability to be flexible with change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
  • Capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate or experience with a top regional or national law firm or in an in-house legal environment a plus
