We're looking for a new team member to help us hire the best talent across Europe for Expedia Group's Lodging Partner Services (LPS) division.

Team Overview

The LPS EMEA Recruitment team is responsible for delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers, by implementing world class talent attraction strategies and managing a slick, efficient recruitment process that allows the business to onboard top talent as quickly as possible.

About the role of Recruitment Coordinator

In this role you will work as part of an established and high-performing Recruitment team supporting all parts of the LPS division across the EMEA region. You will be located alongside key team members at our London office in Angel, while also liaising with a wider team who are based in Geneva and Prague.

You will bring your highly organised approach, detail focus and your passion for providing a great service, working with colleagues to ensure a world-class experience for hiring managers and candidates. This includes the efficient scheduling of a high volume of interviews, often involving candidates/interviews across multiple locations and different time zones.

In addition to the vital task of scheduling interviews, you will also have the opportunity for involvement in strategic project work, as you contribute your ideas and enthusiasm towards driving continuous improvement to recruitment processes and developing the candidate/hiring manager experience.

  • Scheduling interviews and booking telephone/video conferences internationally
  • Organizing travel arrangements including booking of international flights and hotel accommodation
  • Posting jobs through our internal system and other job boards
  • Administering psychometric tests and other assessment tools
  • Generating contracts for new hires
  • Actively seeking new ways to improve and enhance operational process
  • Collaborating closely with Recruiters and LPS clients
  • Working with external search vendors
  • Providing all round administrative support to the Recruiters and Management Team
  • Building positive relationships with teammates and internal customers across multiple geographies

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with a passion for high standards and a strong focus on process
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong prioritization skills and sense of urgency
  • A great teammate who puts the team first during times of high pressure/workload
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
