Expedia Group’s Global Regulatory and Data Sharing team is looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to support a portfolio of regulatory initiatives. We are looking for someone who will facilitate outstanding data driven and strategic methodologies, coordinating across a diverse, globally distributed team to ensure that Expedia Group can quickly assess risk and understand the impact of new global regulations.
As a Regulatory Insights Manager, you will maintain strong alignment with regional Government Affairs, Legal andCommercialteams to ensure our response to evolving global regulatory requirementsareproactive, data driven and effectively communicated across stakeholders at Expedia Group. You will be on a team of global leaders who collaboratewith global Legal and Government Affairs teams to identify regulatory trends andunderstand the impact of existing and future regulatory requirements. The Regulatory Insights team will utilize these findings todevelop business cases for new capabilities at Expedia Groupthat would reduce risk and protect revenue.

What you'll do:
Utilize data analytical and visualization tools to develop and maintain regulatory reports to provide strategic insights and recommendations in line with global regulations
Collaborate across multiple teams at Expedia Group including Government Affairs, Legal, Product, Performance and other relevant teams to analyze risk and drive successful regulatory outcomes
Maintain a high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple, contending priorities simultaneously
Frame regulatory impact and opportunities in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
Who you are:
Expert proficiency with large-scale databases and SQL
Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, advanced Excel
Experience working in a data analysis, business analysis, reporting or strategy role
Experience with end-to-end management and ownership of high-priority initiatives and comfortable working on multiple initiatives concurrently
Fast learner and self-starter, comfortable working in ambiguity, with strong strategic and critical thinking skills
Ability to make sound business decisions by combining several factors to arrive at the best outcome for a given situation; ability to create a compelling narrative using data and insights and share with a broader audience
Have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate issues and influence others, including experience communicating complex information to senior leaders
Experience working cross-culturally with ability to adapt personal style to different teams, environments, and time zones
Moving quickly and deliberately, using data to guide decisions.

The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $79,000 to $110,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $126,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Dallas is $99,000 to $138,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $158,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $104,000 to $145,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
