Introduction To The Team:
Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.
Make An Impact:
As a Senior Marketing Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organizational framework and efficiency needed to support the growth and development of the Supply Marketing team. Your expertise in managing information and optimizing workflows will ensure that essential insights are easily accessible and effectively integrated into marketing efforts. You will oversee the coordination of multiple internal initiatives, align various teams, and maintain momentum on key projects. Through a focus on streamlining processes and improving productivity, you will help the team operate with greater agility and impact, ensuring the smooth execution of strategies and the achievement of marketing objectives.
In This Role You Will:
- Be primary point of contact for creating and maintaining internal processes, operating rhythms, and knowledge base for Supply Marketing team
- Build and complete an ongoing roadmap for improving the end-to-end
- Streamline, refine, and document process for efficiency
- Facilitate the identification of process and system gaps and drive improvements to resolution with accountable teams
- Set timelines for ongoing projects and manage expectations with all internal (Supply Marketing) and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence and Jira, and other Project/Program Management tools
- High attention to detail, organized and efficient
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without constant supervision
- Ability to handle expectations across cross-functional stakeholders
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
