Senior Partner Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist who excels defining and delivering on marketing strategy and execution. This is a key role on the team that provides an excellent career growth opportunity, deepening your marketing and leadership skills.
As a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist, you will join the vacation rentals marketing team in the US. Success is defined by your ability to deepen engagement and satisfaction with our vacation rental partners. You will develop global marketing plans, execute marketing programs, and establish digital marketing standard methodologies.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to ensure cohesion across all channels with a primary focus on owned and earned channels (Email, Web, Social Messaging, Product, App)
Build and implement email campaigns and programs in Marketo
Interlock with Partner Success team to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities, adjusting strategies, and plans to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop campaigns and programs that reflect the needs of the business – globally, with regional considerations
Build, test, optimize, and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs
Build and execute program that deliver measurable results aligned with Expedia for Business goals and objectives
Forecast, measure, and analyze metrics to assess the impact of the integrated campaigns and activities in terms of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive marketing initiatives in alignment with our business objectives; managing this across a globally matrixed organization
Ensure all marketing programs are culturally appropriate and in compliance with local data privacy regulations
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Minimum 4-5 years of end-to-end marketing experience
Experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in B2B technology is a plus
Advanced Marketo experience is a plus
Consistent track record of working with sales to meet or exceed annual growth targets – actual sales experience highly desirable
Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns and programs that engage customers/partners --- leveraging a range of marketing tactics and technologies
Excellent communicator with validated ability to clearly convey sophisticated ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to various audiences
Exceptional planning and project management skills – proven track record of consistently producing results on time and within budget
Understanding of digital tactics and how to strategically employ them to engage and educate partners, and get them to take action
Experience in marketing, positioning, and differentiating similar products and services
Ability to work effectively across the organization with groups such as sales, product, or account management to build campaigns and programs to achieve business goals
Successfully navigate new or ambiguous situations in a globally matrixed organization
Highly motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for action
Demonstrated use of data and experimentation to solve a business need
