We’re looking for a Senior Website Product Manager to be part of a rapidly growing Digital Experience Team, leading our website consolidation, build, maintenance, and optimization initiatives. You will be leading the creation of compelling website experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective partners and grow existing partners. . This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders and teams to plan and deliver seamless web experiences across the customer journey.
What you will do:
Serve as lead product owner of all our B2B sites, understanding needs of the business, partnering with internal teams to develop site & content strategy, then translating those into specifications for execution across appropriate teams.
Develop the product roadmap that advises a prioritized design and development plan.
Be the resident subject matter expert on all things AEM, how we have it implemented, and serve as point of contact for other technical teams within Expedia Group
Lead, mentor and manage a team of front-end & back-end AEM developers and web authors and web optimization specialists.
Work with business leadership, collaborators, and analytics teams to create content and audience experience strategies - ensuring alignment across all teams.
Drive continuous improvement, optimization, audience conversion, and language/feature expansion.
Develop a deep understanding of our site visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships (Analytics, Engineering, and Consumer Insights) and use those insights to inform site strategy.
Leverage personalization capabilities to create digital experiences aligned to audiences and channels and establish systems of governance, standards, technical requirements, and define resources needed to implement site strategies.
Drive continuous performance improvement through the development of an ongoing experimentation roadmap aligned to short-term and long-term opportunities.
Maintain transparency with task/project status reporting and regular communication
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all website work and maintain all documentation related to the website(s) on the internal Confluence site
Own measurement and reporting on website performance
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience
8+ years’ experience leading integrated web strategy and development programs, particularly in system architecture and translating business and marketing ideas into technical concepts.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing web developers, authors and other specialists at varying career levels.
Demonstrable skills relating to web development such as creating information architectures, performing useability & accessibility reviews, creating user experience flows, etc.
Ability to personally lead/manage large scale projects across multiple workstreams and disciplines, coordinating dependencies and aligning outcomes. Proven experience managing large projects in a timely manner.
Web program/production experience in an agency environment or a history of enterprise level web management
Experience defining and driving User Acceptance Testing
Understanding of SEO and web analytics best practices
