Sr. Analyst, Meta Campaign Management

The Sr. Partner Marketing Analyst will be an integral part of the Global Meta Team and strategy. In this role you will have an immediate impact and be given the ability to grow and advance in an exciting, online travel company. This position will support placements in the Google HA channel. This position will report to the Sr. Manager - Meta,

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Push the limits of thinking on how to operate performance based marketing channels
  • Understand the complexities of Google HA campaign performance and evaluate growth to identify opportunity gaps
  • Run regular reporting to identify bidding opportunities and measure channel performance
  • Recommend changes in spend level with partners while being able to articulate potential impact
  • Ensure ads are performing as expected, functioning properly and are being tracked by internal and external systems
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across internal and external teams to arrive at solutions quickly
  • Conceptualize campaign adjustments, design and implement testing and evaluate results
  • Generate and disseminate reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of advertising performance trends

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Familiar with online performance based marketing channels
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and can get cooperation in a non-authority relationship
  • Exceptional attention to detail in executing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables
  • Project and campaign management experience
  • Expert in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python or other data processing scripts a plus
  • Knowledge, passion and/or experience of travel industry is a plus
