Our Marketing Teams

Global Marketing

Our Global Marketing teams drive the global brand expression of EG’s portfolio through the strategy, creation, and development of effective, efficient, and culturally relevant global brand initiatives and campaigns. We act as EG’s center of creative excellence, providing creative guidance and inspiration to organizations across EG.

Traveler Engagement & Loyalty

The Traveler Engagement & Loyalty teams build relationships with travelers, driving engagement and loyalty by providing value to them through our loyalty program, credit card/gift card, and targeted CRM that drive company-level goals.

Global Communications

Our Communications teams elevate brand stories that inspire the traveler; we build brand awareness and trust through earned media, impactful events, thought leadership, social community engagement, capitalizing on trends, and tapping into celebrities and influencers.

Search Marketing & Technology

Our teams focus on delivering results through our established core marketing channels, scaled heavily through technology and machine learning (ML) science. Our teams include Metasearch, Search Engine Marketing, Search Optimization Marketing, Marketing Machine Learning Science, Marketing Data Engineering, and Expedia Web Services.

Marketing Program Management

Our Marketing Program Management teams manage large cross-team and divisional initiatives, our joint business plans with external partners, and the overall rhythm and operations of the Marketing division.

Growth Marketing

We focus on scaling newer marketing channels and experimenting with emerging marketing opportunities. Our teams work on Digital Video, Mobile App Install, Social Advertising, and New Channel Expansion, which develops new marketing channels.

EG Media

EG Media focus on further scaling the largest dedicated traveler media organization. Our vision is to maximize EG Media’s effectiveness and efficiency, delivered through a simplified global agency and in-house media training model.

Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates

We empower partners to offer travel to their audiences through branded EG travel products. We extend our brands’ reach by giving travelers access to travel discounts, coupons, or cashback incentives on eligible EG transactions and enable partners to enhance audience booking through co-branded landing pages or Affiliate APIs.

How We Hire

What can you expect from our application process?

  • Step 1 - Interview

    Candidates who are invited to a final round interview will have the opportunity to meet with members of our team through two virtual interviews covering both specialized and behavioral skills related to the position. These interviews will also be a chance for you to learn more about us, too!

  • Step 2 - Offer!

    Your recruiter will reach out to notify you of a hiring decision and hopefully your offer! They will share next steps.
