Senior GTM Launch Manager

To fuel our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to drive the cross functional launch process and program. As a Sr. Go-To-Market (GTM) Launch Manager, you will help develop a strategy and operations governance model across a diverse set of product and solution launches and drive lifecycle management initiatives. You will be a critical thought leader and partner, helping streamline, scale, and transform GTM strategy and operations across the product lifecycle. You will work closely with Business Operations, Product/Engineering, Product Marketing, Marketing, PR, Partner, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Legal and Finance in designing and managing implementations to meet the cross-functional needs of the business.

The Sr. GTM Launch Program Manager will be responsible for overall project management and lifecycle release management in support of product launches. Project management efforts will encompass communications, stakeholder alignment, milestones, issue, and risk tracking. This is high visibility, high impact role that is critical to ensuring flawlessly executed and successful launches. What you’ll do:

  • Support build-out and optimization of cross-company GTM / product lifecycle management release process working closely with product and commercial teams 

  • Support development of GTM governance model working with cross functional stakeholders

  • Manage complex end-to-end processes to deliver customer experiences consistently, reliably and with attention to detail

  • Assess, propose, and implement innovative ideas to drive excellence in execution and process improvement

  • Build strong relationships across diverse set of organizations as you achieve project deliverables, establish best practices, and deliver results against success criteria

  • Manage and coordinate all workstream action items, milestones, issues, and risk mitigations to achieve project and initiative objectives

  • Streamline process and communications related to launches and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment

  • Establish and drive clarity of plan of record, oversee and enforce change management process

  • Manage rhythm of the business communications and reporting

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of strategic business operations, program management, or other related and relevant experience

  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact individually and through cross-group collaboration

  • Successfully able to navigate and drive results cross-functionally

  • Demonstrated project management skills coordinating deliverables across several stakeholders and organizations

  • End-to-end product lifecycle management, change management processes, and a deep appreciation for the seller and the customer

  • High level of organization, strong attention to detail

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Lean Six Sigma, or other strategic business process re-engineering experience

  • Executive presence and business maturity suitable to engaging with senior leadership

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Solid relationship, communication skills

  • Innovativeness and flexibility in solving problems
