Our Flexible Work Model

Working alongside colleagues – whether through business travel or in the office – helps us grow and achieve more together. Our EG office policy requires full-time employees to be in the office at least three days each week, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work from home.
We’re a truly global company, and our Discover EG program allows Expedians to explore our amazing offices around the world and work from another location for up to four weeks each year.
