Working alongside colleagues—whether through business travel or in the office—helps us grow and achieve more together. Our EG office policy requires full-time employees (5-day workweek) to be in the office at least three days each week, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are preferred in-office days for all teams with the third in-office day decided by your team and People Leader.
