What inspired you to make an internal move?

I began my EG journey as an Associate Market Manager and was promoted to Market Manager the following year. The year after that, I stepped into the Area Manager role. What inspired me was the creativity and autonomy the role offered—it gave me space to grow and lead in my own way.

How did you navigate the transition between roles or teams?

I’ve always leaned on trusted advisors and mentors in my network to help guide me through transitions. I also use therapy as a tool to navigate change and stay grounded during periods of growth.

What new skills or experiences have you gained?

As a sales coach, I’ve deepened my emotional intelligence and strengthened my ability to adapt to change. These skills have been essential in supporting my team and navigating the evolving needs of the business.

How has this move helped shape your career goals?

The move from Market Manager to Area Manager helped me uncover what truly motivates me. I’ve realized that I’m passionate about influencing positive change in others and helping them succeed—whether in their roles or in life.

How did your manager or team support your development?

My director encouraged me to be a sponge in my new role—to observe, absorb, and take my time before making decisions. That support gave me the confidence to grow into the role at my own pace.
