Florian Knaeple | PGA Associate Account Manager 🇨🇭
Where did you relocate from, and what was your motivation?
I relocated from Switzerland to Prague to join EG Prague’s international environment, while staying close to my roots. Plus I would get to build on the partner-focused work I loved in my previous role. Working with DACH partners lets me speak more German, sharpen my skills, and take on new challenges in a dynamic market.
What do you most enjoy about your role. And what is your speciality in the PGA team?
I get to mix data, empathy, and humour to help partners thrive. I enjoy the fun conversations, building long-term relationships, and turning challenges into wins.
My speciality in the team is being a ‘partner whisperer’, I love connecting with a variety of different partners.
Lydia Jach | PGA Associate Account Manager 🇩🇪
Where did you relocate from, and what was your motivation?
I joined EG in Prague after relocating from Cologne, Germany. I love combining my professional journey with the chance to explore new countries and cultures. So when EG opened a German-speaking role in Prague, I knew I had to seize the opportunity.
What do you most enjoy about your role. And what is your speciality in the PGA team?
Who wouldn’t enjoy being in touch with teams at beautiful hotels every day while getting inspiration for their next getaway?
My speciality in the team is being our go-to organizer of team-building events and activities. I cannot wait for the next one!
Christos Rigas | PGA Associate Account Manager 🇬🇷
Where did you relocate from, and what was your motivation?
I’m originally from Greece, and before joining EG Prague, I was working in Portugal. My motivation to relocate was the chance to join a well-established brand like EG, a primary player in the market. Plus, getting to work for the Greek market, living in such a beautiful and culturally rich city like Prague, was the best of both worlds.
What do you most enjoy about your role. And what is your speciality in the PGA team
I get to do what I love most, talk to people! I enjoy building strong partner relationships, and doing work that genuinely helps them grow. Our team is full of energy, ideas, and collaboration, so every day is exciting. In this role, communication and problem-solving come together, which is what makes it special for me.
My speciality in the team is being the ‘team chatterbox’. I start talking from the very first moment I step into the office… whether anyone’s ready or not.
Simone Tanzi | PGA Associate Account Manager 🇮🇹
Where did you relocate from, and what was your motivation?
I relocated to Prague from Italy after completing my Master’s degree in Tourism Economics and Management. I had always wanted to experience this beautiful city, and when I discovered EG Prague, it felt like the perfect match for my career aspirations. Years later, I’m still passionate about being here and contributing to the travel industry.
What do you most enjoy about your role. And what is your speciality in the PGA team?
Our office is full of incredible people, but the PGA team stands out for its energy and drive for results. What I enjoy most is having a direct impact on our partners’ success, it’s rewarding to know that we help properties thrive and connect with travelers worldwide.
My speciality is being the ‘knowledge base’ of the team. With 10 years of experience in different EG teams, I get to help my colleagues, and hotels, find the best way to create or update their setup on our sites.
Mariam Murusidze | PGA Associate Account Manager 🇬🇪
Where did you relocate from, and what was your motivation?
I relocated from Tbilisi, Georgia, to Prague. I was met by an incredible People team that went above and beyond to support my entire relocation process, as a non-EU citizen. My motivation was to begin a new chapter in my life, in a new country, at a global company where I could further develop my skills and contribute to my new employer’s success.
What do you most enjoy about your role. And what is your speciality in the PGA team?
My role allows me to be both analytical and compassionate. While it’s essential to work with reliable data, and to make fact-based forecasts and suggestions, you still need to build strong relationships with partners. I love working with people: discussing ideas, debating, laughing. Truly listening to each other is important to me and something I enjoy.
My speciality in the team is being the ‘talk-time record holder’, meaning I spend the most time in direct conversations with our partners.
