Job Fairs: Real Engagement, Real Outcomes

Samarthanam PWD Community Job Fair | May 2025 | Gurgaon
Inclusive Job Fair | August 2025 | Deshbandhu College, New Delhi

This year, our partnership with Samarthanam enabled us to participate in two high-impact job fairs, one in Gurgaon and another at Deshbandhu College, New Delhi. Together, these events brought together over 400 candidates, offering our team the opportunity to host introductory sessions on life at Expedia Group and the career opportunities we offer in travel tech. We experienced the tremendous enthusiasm among early-career PWDs and other aspiring professionals. We successfully identified several high-potential candidates for our roles and recently welcomed a PWD employee to our team. We also forged valuable cross-sector partnerships, such as our new connection with the American India Foundation. These events reinforced the importance of continuously tailoring our support, ensuring our candidate journey remains accessible, empowering, and inclusive.
