What is your role at Expedia Group and your professional background?
I have joined the Hotels.com Finance team and focus on various initiatives like Profit and Loss reporting, Quarterly Business Review support, Loyalty spend analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Expedia Group, I’ve had more than 10 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, working for different global companies.

What is your role at Expedia Group and what does it entail day-to-day?
I serve as a key business partner, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth, improvement, and innovation through data-driven insights.
My responsibilities are centered around analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact business performance. This involves:
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and business performance reports to track key performance indicators and provide visibility into business metrics
Designing and implementing data visualizations and storytelling techniques to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Ultimately, my goal is to provide actionable insights that enable Expedia Group to make data-driven decisions, optimize business processes, and drive growth and profitability. I’m passionate about leveraging data analytics to drive business outcomes and excited to contribute to Expedia Group’s continued success.

Seeing the impact of our collective efforts and receiving recognition from the leadership team is truly fulfilling.
