We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environment and is ready to shape what’s next in global mobility.
As Commercial Manager, Regional Partnerships you’ll own a portfolio of high-value regional car partners across EMEA and AMERICAS regions, developing strategic relationships, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and delivering measurable business impact. You’ll be both a trusted advisor and a growth architect, influencing senior stakeholders, unlocking new opportunities, and driving performance across a diverse, fast-moving marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Drive strategic growth – Acquire and expand partnerships that fuel our car rental and mobility ecosystem. Identify high-potential partners, shape commercial strategies, and deliver results that move the business forward.
Be a trusted advisor – Build deep, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Translate partner needs into data-led, scalable solutions that create mutual value.
Lead complex negotiations – Manage contract discussions with confidence, balancing strategic alignment, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Deliver commercial impact – Leverage data, insights, and industry trends to identify growth levers, optimize performance, and drive share of wallet.
Collaborate to win – Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to execute flawlessly and amplify results.
Shape the future – Represent Expedia Group in the market — fostering innovation, driving best practices, and influencing the future of global travel partnerships.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in strategic account management or partnerships, ideally within travel, mobility, or a fast-paced digital environment.
A strong commercial and analytical mindset; you’re comfortable interpreting data, building business cases, and negotiating win-win deals.
Deep expertise in portfolio management, territory planning, and sales strategy with a consistent record of driving growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at executive levels.
Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve results.
Fluent in English, with an additional European language (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese or French) a strong advantage.
A self-starter mindset. You bring curiosity, accountability, and energy to everything you do.
Why This Role?
This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a growth engine. You’ll play a visible part in shaping the future of Expedia’s mobility business, influencing global strategy, and making a tangible impact on partners and travellers alike.
If you’re driven by challenge, inspired by innovation, and motivated by the opportunity to leave a mark on an iconic brand — this is your moment.
Join us. Let’s redefine travel together.
