Product Manager III, GenAI & ML Platform

The GenAI and Machine Learning Platform team is responsible for building and scaling the internal capabilities that power AI-driven innovation across the organization. This includes developing shared platforms, tools, and workflows that enable teams to leverage Generative AI, machine learning, and automation to improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experiences.

Within this fast-evolving space, the team plays a critical role in translating emerging AI opportunities into practical, scalable solutions. This role sits at the heart of that effort—working closely with engineering, machine learning and product leadership to drive adoption, shape priorities, and ensure platform capabilities align with real business needs. As a Product Manager III, you will help bridge strategy and execution, supporting both roadmap delivery and the day-to-day orchestration required to bring impactful AI/ML products to life.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and support the execution of product strategy and roadmap for GenAI and ML platform capabilities, aligning investments with business priorities and platform adoption goals.

  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex platform and customer needs into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and actionable deliverables.

  • Drive adoption and usability of internal AI platform tools and workflows, ensuring they effectively meet user needs and scale across teams.

  • Lead product development across the lifecycle—from concept through launch and iteration—balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and operational effectiveness.

  • Use data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate performance, inform prioritization decisions, and continuously improve product outcomes.

  • Contribute to shaping scalable, reliable, and secure AI/ML platform capabilities, including workflow automation, productivity tools, and model-enabled systems.

  • Collaborate across multiple technical domains, navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities to deliver incremental value while supporting longer-term platform vision.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complex technical concepts into compelling product narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, with ownership of product initiatives within a domain or across multiple teams.

  • Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering technical products or platform capabilities in partnership with engineering teams.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to guide strategy, measure outcomes, and navigate trade-offs.

  • Experience working on or supporting GenAI, machine learning platforms, developer platforms, or other highly technical products.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, workflow automation, or productivity platforms, and how they drive adoption and business impact.

  • Understanding of AI/ML-enabled products, platforms, or workflows, including practical exposure to how AI-driven systems are built and used.

  • Ability to work effectively in highly technical and ambiguous environments, balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy and simplify complex concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on or supporting GenAI, machine learning platforms, developer platforms, or other highly technical products.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, workflow automation, or productivity platforms, and how they drive adoption and business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to take products from early-stage concepts through to scaled adoption.

  • Strong balance of technical depth and product leadership, including experience collaborating closely with engineers and contributing to technical discussions.

  • Experience driving platform adoption, including identifying user needs, prioritizing features, and improving usability and engagement.

  • Experience operating in environments with high stakeholder demand and competing priorities, with the ability to bring structure and clarity.

  • Understanding of operational considerations for platform products, including reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

  • Previous experience in a related technical role such as software engineering, machine learning science or similar.

  • Masters or PhD degree in a technical discipline
