About the team
As part of the Brands Finance organization, the Business Performance Analytics team partners with finance and marketing to deliver insights that drive growth and optimize marketing investments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex analytical projects, working closely with analysts and data scientists (without direct people management at this stage).

• Oversee the design and execution of analytical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Manage senior stakeholders across multiple teams to gather inputs, drive alignment, and influence decisions.

• Regularly present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

• Review and refine analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and business relevance.

• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics).

• 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation; experience with Tableau for visualization is required.

• Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop/Hive) is a plus; R and Python are nice to have.

• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present insights effectively to senior leadership.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience managing analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.

• Ability to guide project teams in model selection, feature engineering, and experiment design.

• Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to strategic objectives.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and financial performance metrics is a plus.
