Team Introduction
The InsurTech Product team creates peace of mind by enabling travelers to book travel with confidence. In this role, you will be part of a team building a portfolio of zero to one innovative insurance and fintech products, leveraging the power of data and AI to personalize experiences, recommend the right products, and create a progressive marketplace that drives attach across the travel ecosystem

In this role, you will:

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your area, translating customer, partner, and business needs into clear product outcomes and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead discovery, requirement definition, and detailed specifications for new features and capabilities, including system design considerations, API contracts, and data modeling in partnership with engineering and data teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products end to end, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to evaluate product performance, make tradeoffs, and continuously improve usability, reliability, and business impact across multiple domains or surfaces.
  • Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve customer and partner outcomes, including familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
  • Ensure product execution excellence by defining success metrics, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating clearly with stakeholders and leadership on progress, decisions, and results.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience building data, platform, or ML‑driven products, preferably in large‑scale consumer or marketplace environments.
  • Proven experience defining, building, and shipping ML‑powered products (e.g., prediction, ranking, optimization, anomaly detection), with strong understanding of real‑time vs. batch architectures and associated trade‑offs.
  • Deep knowledge of the ML model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining) and how product decisions influence model performance, reliability, and responsible use.
  • Prior experience owning pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization systems, ideally including dynamic or personalized pricing, risk‑based pricing, and/or margin optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineering, data science, and analytics partners on APIs, data models, system behavior, and architecture trade‑offs for data and ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and safely integrating and operating AI/ML‑enabled solutions in production environments.


Preferred Qualification -
  • Experience building and scaling pricing and availability platforms used by multiple products or business units.
  • Deep expertise in pricing mechanics (e.g., dynamic, personalized, risk‑based pricing, margin optimization) with ability to define price and margin guardrails.
  • Proven ability to design resilient systems that handle supply volatility, demand spikes, and external events.
  • Track record of platform and API thinking, delivering reusable, multi‑tenant services that support multiple consuming teams.
  • Experience taking data and AI/ML products from concept to scaled adoption, using experimentation and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong ability to lead technical discussions on system design, API contracts, and data modeling with engineering and data science partners.
