Brand Integration Manager, Cross Brand

The Brand Integration Manager consistently applies - and sometimes enhances - the brand marketing capabilities, principles, and playbooks to create a brand our customers love. Brings a customer-centric approach to solve complex business issues and opportunities, operates largely independently and mentors more junior colleagues.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute seamless brand consolidation, transition and migration

  • Work with staff to develop individual development plans addressing employee needs and meeting team goals

  • Evaluate performance regularly, identifying learning needs

  • Provide constructive feedback to encourage ongoing development

  • Clarify roles, accountabilities and decision-making among team members

  • Help team members prioritize and link daily work to broader objectives

  • Manage workloads to ensure all team members are fully deployed and skills are matched to the work requirements

  • Hire and onboards new team members

  • Develop project plans, define timeframe, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives

  • Identify the type of resources required to support a project, and make recommendations for specific people, technology, partners, etc

  • Monitor progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirements

  • Create clear, concise and organized brand communications materials (e.g., reports, dashboards, presentations, messages). (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages)

  • Break down information into understandable messages and actionable steps that fit into the overall plan and strategy

  • Prepare communications via differing modes, tailoring messages to audiences; develop an understanding of how the messages connect

  • Gain stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests

  • Help customers explore and understand their wider business challenges

  • Use understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry, including the key players and their success strategies

  • Develop an awareness of industry issues, including trends and challenges or concepts

  • Develop a broad understanding of industry best practices, products/services and their applications; distinguish the pros, cons and implications of the options

  • Effectively analyze customer studies and determine product and brand positioning. May be involved in forecasting overall share position for the company’s brand(s)

  • Measure and assess customer satisfaction, market and business performance, efficiency and effectiveness of programs with data collection methods and procedures (e.g., surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires) or identify relevant existing data

Who you are:

  • 8+ years for Bachelor's, 6+ years for Master's, 3+ years People Management, or equivalent related professional experience

  • Experience managing and leading large scale brand management or brand marketing projects

  • Advanced knowledge of budget management and can run ROI assessment independently

  • Able to weave together components from across other functions to enable cohesive, compelling and memorable messaging to external audiences

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features and brand’s benefits

  • Adept problem solver who embeds a test-and-learn and data driven decision making culture

  • Proficient in ability to work with peers and managers in a productive manner.

  • Able to articulate business problems in a clear and data-driven way, creating linkages to broader business context

  • Ability to influence peers
