Our team seeks a Business Program Manager to plan, execute and drive success to complex projects. You’ll collaborate across several fields fields including SEO Operations, Content, Strategy, Engineering, Data Scientists.

What you'll do:

As a Business Program Manager, you will have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project management that entails managing and working with the leaders, marketers, analysts, strategists, tech to coordinate, deliver and report project progress. You have strong technical and systems thinking skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will support multiple projects working with teams across different time zones, using appropriate agile project management practices

  • You develop project schedule, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives

  • You understand when to apply Agile methodologies vs. traditional methodologies to achieve the best development outcome

  • You plan for and recommend necessary resources to ensure accomplishment of program goals

  • You plan, track, and monitor progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications, and requirements

  • You measure and assess stakeholder satisfaction and the efficiency and effectiveness of programs with data collection methods and procedures (e.g., surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires) or identify relevant existing data

  • You keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule

  • You proactively manage risk, working with the team to anticipate new risks and leads mitigation planning

  • You configure Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards, and automations

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management working with multi-disciplinary teams across different time zones

  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence including automations, structure, and configuration

  • A passion for working with people from different functional specialties skills to drive high level solutions, resolve lower level operational issues, build strong working relationships, and draw upon experience translating between business and technology

  • The capability to anticipate and assist team members in the creation of routine communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages)

  • Best in class communication, active listening, and organizational skills

  • A bias to action. You are a self-starter with a curious mind, constantly striving to achieve better results, gain a better understanding of the business, and deliver better value to partners and customers

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500 to $155,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
