Car Operations Associate

Team Description: The key purpose of this role is to ensure that ground transport content is operating in as efficient and effective way as possible to support Expedia’s global sites. Partner with key stakeholders such as customer service, suppliers and account management to support and maintain new and existing site content.

Business Contribution/Impact: The role provides top quality content on Expedia Group sites to drive conversion and purchase success rates at lowest possible cost. This position supports and contributes to a continually improving environment and provides value to partners, customers and Expedia Group. Successful candidates will be self-driven with a keen understanding of the iterative nature of a successful operations team.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver world class customer experience on Expedia Group sites by reducing errors, maintaining existing supply and launching new content while maintaining quality for all functions.
  • Support new feature and product launches through rigorous testing.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external partners.
  • Maintain relationships with business-critical teams through regular partner contact and delivering valued services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Actively participate in supporting the inclusive culture of Expedia Group.
