Cobrand Credit Card Manager

We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Manager to join the Cobrand Credit Card Team to help continue to evolve and deliver industry-leading products and propositions. This is a fast growing and exciting area for Expedia Group and as a Manager on this team, you’ll get the chance to create an instant impact, delivering tangible improvements to our customer experience!

Working across the company, as well as externally with our bank and network partners, you will help define the priorities which will enable the growth of the Cobrand portfolio at Expedia Group. From new feature ideation to sizing the costs and benefits to implementation, you’ll deploy your skills to successfully grow and optimize our Cobrand product offering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Loyalty teams to identify opportunities, align priorities and ensure operational effectiveness

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects that enhance the Cobrand experience and features; from authoring business requirements to ensuring on-time delivery

  • Deliver analysis to help inform strategic decision making

  • Create business cases to support recommendations and quantify their impact

  • Work with Finance business partners to monitor, report and analyze program P&L performance to identify opportunities and inform priorities

  • Own select operational processes, ensuring their smooth running, while proactively identifying and implementing improvements

  • Craft compelling ways of defining problems, outlining hypotheses and communicating insights and recommendations to get buy-in from stakeholders and external partners

  • Stay on top of market and industry trends, identifying opportunities worthy of additional exploration

  • Champion the benefits and growth of the Cobrand program within the business

Who You Are:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a corporate or product strategy, business analysis, or non-technical product management role

  • Has a strategic mindset (i.e. can see the bigger picture while not forgetting about the details, connect the dots across various work streams, be opportunistic, have business acumen)

  • A critical thinker who has strong analytical skills

  • Strong project management abilities and experience in leading projects involving cross functional teams

  • Good problem solver with a strong commercial awareness and keen ability to prioritize

  • Adept story-teller and presenter who is comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels

  • Dedicated, high-energy, creative, self-starter who has an excellent drive for results

  • Has a flair for building positive relationships with internal and external partners and who is a natural communicator

  • Naturally curious; someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions in the quest to find the best possible solution

  • The ability to handle multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
