Director, New Product Marketing

The New Partner Solutions team within EPS is responsible for: 1) Identifying new products, services, and capabilities to bring to our partners, 2) Incubating and accelerating high potential opportunities, and 3D) Determining the optimal go to market models for new offerings.

Position Overview:

  • Overall B2BX positioning: Evolve overall positioning of new products and services with B2BX strategy over time

  • Messaging: Create messaging on new products and services during test and learn phases to understand customer needs prior to partner development

  • Market Feedback: Plan best feedback mechanisms for new services during incubation including target segments, methods, content, etc.

What you'll do:

  • Define positioning and messaging for ‘Platform as a Product’ and future of B2BX 

  • Concretely define potential product offerings for market testing 

  • Create positioning and differentiation statements for new offers 

  • Work w EPS Product Marketing to get market feedback on new concepts at scale

Who you are:

  • Proven ability to create positioning for new products and services

  • Proven track record of effective customer and prospect market research to test for market feasibility

  • Experience driving positive outcomes through B2B Marketing

  • Very strong interpersonal skills (externally and internally at all levels)

  • Proven track record defining strategic priorities

  • Proven experience working across teams, and leading without direct authority to achieve results

  • 10+ years of work experience preferred with 5+ years’ work experience in go to market strategy, new product development or B2B product marketing

  • Experience working across a variety of travel sectors a plus

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
