HR Ops Advisor (Until 31 Dec 2024)

Based in our Prague office and part of a global In-Regions HR Ops team, you will be providing directions acting as expert, supporting escalations and process improvement opportunities, actively participating in team and global projects. The role is quite varied and the individual will be expected to have excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Provides broad-ranging data analysis & insights across tiers 0-2 and COEs
  • Support our Tiering model efficiency and monitor operational metrics.
  • Assist with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with our People Team and Service Delivery teams to continuously improve our internal processes and programs (locally and globally).
  • Provide support to employees and COEs throughout complex moments that matter - including escalations, ensuring quality interactions and resolution in the most effective way and meet the needs of the customer
  • Create and maintain relationships between our People Team partners.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or or equivalent professional experience working towards a recognized HR qualification, or willing to work towards this
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Experience gained in a fast paced, changeable environment
  • 2+ years of HR or Operations experience servicing employees/customers in a complex/matrix international organisation
  • Passionate about Problem solving and data analysis
  • Advanced service delivery/customer service skills
  • Process improvement
  • Reporting & Data manipulation/analysis
  • Ability to work productively in an environment of continuous change
  • Must have attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Language skills: English (essential); other European language desirable but not required
