Partner Success Associate - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

The Partner Success Associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group’s lodging partners are able to maximize their revenue potential and achieve their business goals. This role is the foundation of our Centralized Hub for Account Management & Performance. The team ensure that our lodging partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach Expedia Group’s full breadth of global traveler demand.

What you’ll do:

Our vision is to empower our lodging partners to be successful - you'll make phone and email-based contact with our partners to help them;

  • Leverage on Expedia's tool kit to attract more customer bookings: By monitoring our partners' performance on the platform, identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to help them achieve their goals

  • Providing ongoing guidance: Aid new lodging partners with guidance to ramp up and sustain their revenue and market share on our platform

  • Marketing tools: Communicate special offers and promotional deals that allow our partners to benefit from our merchandising and marketing efforts

  • Monitoring performance: By tracking key performance metrics of our customers, generate insights to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to help partners achieve their goals

  • Increasing adoption of Expedia's tools: Educate lodging partners on the self-service features available on Partner Central

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management
