Are you looking to join a team of international accounting professionals that are responsible for accurately recording employee related costs and compliance for our international subsidiaries?
If so, this team is for you! We are looking for a candidate with a solid base of accounting skills, including working with multiple currencies, foreign entities, handling sophisticated projects and collaborating across partners.
A great candidate can demonstrate the ability to use accounting knowledge and experience to add value and assist in meeting the department's objectives while working in a fast-paced, team oriented, constantly evolving, and growing organization!
What you’ll do:
Prepare month-end journal entries, account reconciliations and monthly analysis as needed
Review and oversee work as well as assist in developing process improvements
Perform ad-hoc analysis to assist business partners with research
Prepare quarterly and annual audit PBCs and support other various team projects
Support Expedia Group initiatives
Who you are:
4+ years accounting experience, preferably in a large growth oriented international organization or high-tech company
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required or equivalent related professional experience. CPA preferred, MBA a plus
“Customer” focus with a strong ability to establish and maintain a cross-functional network
The ability to remain flexible in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Works well in a team environment
Uses good judgment and makes decisions as necessary
Experience with Oracle Financials preferred
