Creative Traffic Manager
At Expedia Group, we’re looking for a Creative Traffic Manager who is responsible for communication, accountability, and deadline management across a broad range of creative deliverables.
For this role, we are looking for someone experienced in traffic management within an advertising agency or brand side creative organization, candidates should be versed in managing and trafficking large scale campaigns including the creation of deliverables lists and tracking assets across multiple channels and shepherding those assets to final delivery.
The Creative Traffic Manager will be involved in projects from planning stages through assets being live. Familiar in working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders and an effective and concise communicator. Someone who thrives in maintaining organization, finding efficiencies and building, improving and simplifying processes.
What you’ll do:
Help develop and manage deliverables lists and timelines in accordance to broadcast clearance needs and final delivery dates for trafficking deadlines
Partner with production, localization and agency teams and delivery platforms like Extreme Reach to manage the delivery process for creative across all channels
Monitors and QC’s assets delivered for all campaign needs; TVC, paid digital, social and beyond
Maintains accurate records of all trafficked assets, network clearance reports and requests and inputs AD-ID’s to deliverables list
Work directly with production to receive handoff of English masters and liaise with internal and external loc teams and London production teams to kickoff transcreation
Upload and organize all video assets to the DAM with accurate usage information received from BA and production
Work across US and UK time zones. The hours are skewed to early US mornings/later UK evenings to allow for maximum hours spent with the UK and US offices
Who you are:
3+ years’ experience in traffic management within an advertising or brand side marketing department
Ability to handle several work streams of work and large volume of projects
Be able to forecast, plan, prioritize work alongside the brand teams, media, project management, production and outside vendors
Knowledge of the broadcast clearance and traffic through Extreme Reach and/or similar platforms
Familiarity with the global localization process of video assets
Has a clear and up to date documentation and knowledge of naming conventions, standard specs and safety zones, etc
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
