We are looking for a hardworking and intelligent individual to fill the Program Manager III, Marketing Analytics role. You will be driving the strategic roadmap and navigating a complex operational landscape in the progression of our team mission - to accurately measure marketing performance at scale across all Expedia Group brands. These measurements feed into our multi-billion dollar capital allocation processes and power the marketing feedback loop. We are responsible for managing the delivery of data products, tools and incrementality tests whilst working with senior leadership to prioritize the actions that will make the biggest impact to our business.

What you’ll do: 


As a core member of the team, reporting to the Director Marketing Incrementality Analytics, you will: 

  • Own the quarterly process to prioritize marketing incrementality tests, including all strategic planning (update operating model, define the annual prioritization strategy, and maintain objective framework)  

  • Manage the commercial operations of incrementality testing, providing clear and concise communications to cross-functional business partners 

  • Lead incr. testing stakeholders working group forum  

  • Develop agile planning processes to accelerate delivery of high impact analytical work and maintain consistency across workstreams  

  • Audit working practices regularly to simplify and streamline communication, documentation and delivery 

  • Maintain a view of longer-term strategic goals and roadblocks, working with analytical leaders to build comprehensive roadmaps and be a team advocate for positive change  

  • Simplify team knowledge by developing and hosting commercially accessible training sessions  

  • Build strong working partnerships with multiple key internal business teams and senior stakeholders (eg. finance, marketing, other analytics teams)  

  • Work on ad hoc strategic projects to further the team development (e.g. team hackathon)  


Who you are: 

  • 5+ years’ experience handling processes/projects in a highly matrixed, multi-national environment 

  • Passion, and preferably experience, working in a data, machine learning or analytics field 

  • Proven experience with ROI-tracking and roadmap development; ability to identify risk, opportunities and what is, or isn’t, working 

  • Proactive and comfortable to work independently whilst collaborating within a team 

  • Focused, resilient, and able to easily continue to find solutions and work towards goals when setbacks/ hurdles occur 

  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing needs, with excellent attention to detail 

  • Excellent verbal, written and presented communications
