Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Looking to create compelling content for a leader in the travel industry? We are looking for a content specialist to join the Expedia Group B2B Brand & Creative team and produce content and campaigns that drive partner acquisition, retention, growth, and preference across our Expedia for Business partner audiences.

A skilled content specialist should be an expert storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends. From supporting audience research initiatives to creating high quality content for a variety of marketing channels, you will be a critical contributor to our content strategy and creation processes.

What you'll do:

  • Propose, write, and edit compelling content for our customers around the world, including email, landing pages, articles, case studies, webinar decks, whitepapers, and more

  • Collaborate with our marketing manager and design teams to ideate on and develop content that achieves our marketing campaign goals and up levels our content performance 

  • Partner with marketing operations and channels teams to measure and optimize content performance across our marketing channels, including conducting performance reviews, content audits, A/B testing, etc.

  • Conduct, curate, and analyze audience research to support content strategy initiatives, including UX/UI research, user interviews/surveys, user data analysis, etc.

  • Identify areas of opportunity within our content strategy and creative execution and develop solutions that drive us to reach our goals more effectively

  • Identify ways to optimize our content management and distribution processes to get the most from our content

  • Research and maintain knowledge of travel trends and topics

  • Evangelize our brand and creative frameworks and standards

Who you are:

  • Proficiency in content marketing, distribution, and measurement

  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information, ideas, and procedures at a level appropriate to the audience

  • Solid understanding of B2B content marketing landscape and channels

  • Passion and curiosity! The ability and proactive desire to surface content ideas and storytelling opportunities, make connections around the organization, and implement new ideas and solutions to improve our creative work and solve problems efficiently

  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills

  • A desire to collaborate with, inspire, and influence collaborators across different teams and levels of the organization

  • A great attitude: Your calm demeanor and positivity inspire others
