Sr. Director, Treasury Cash Management
Expedia Group's Treasury team takes full ownership of global cash management, investments, capital markets, foreign exchange, and risk/insurance programs across the globe supporting multiple corporate entities. The team works closely with tax, accounting, investor relations, payments, product and legal to ensure liquidity and funding for the business across the globe.
We are seeking an innovative, curious and collaborative Senior Director of Treasury – Cash Management to serve as a strategic leader and key member of the team impacting the future of Expedia Group through oversight and management of the company’s cash position and investment strategy and operations.

You will have an impactful and key role within Expedia’s Treasury department by owning the cash and investments operations and strategy, including, but not limited to:
Manage a team of treasury professionals responsible for cash management, liquidity, and operations
Develop and improve processes through simplification, standardization, and automation
Lead the development, design, and implementation of the treasury management system
Assist with M&A and other strategic projects/transactions and related financing structures
Support settlement of all investments, FX, and Debt transactions
Build relationships with our banking partners and key business partners such as accounting, integration, legal counsel, payments, tax, and advisors
Play a key role in developing and executing finance modernization objectives
Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and Board
Responsible the SOX compliance process, including working with internal and external auditors
Support other treasury and finance projects as needed
Coach, develop and lead a team, providing mentorship, feedback and direction
Must have a minimum 12+ years of previous treasury and cash management experience; forecasting experience for a Fortune 500 is a plus
A CPA and/or CFA is strongly preferred

You have the ability to build relationships across the organization and lead the team professional growth through mentoring and coaching
You are a good communicator and project management skills as well as strong technical skills
