Senior Manager, Business Marketing

Hotels.com is looking to fill the role of Senior Manager, Business Marketing to help define product priorities and marketing goals for the brand marketing organization and be the voice of marketing within the company at large.
What you’ll do:
Create the FY Marketing Plan including: key objectives, goals, audience, KPIs, content plan, channel strategy, competitive landscape
Provide individual business marketing briefs, including: key objective, goals, audience, deliverables, KPIs, cross-functional needs, competitive landscape, any campaign requirements (markets, messaging, partnerships, offers, etc)
Partner with the International leads on Annual Plan
Understand and communicate product knowledge across team
Identify & coordinate business, cross-functional, and executive approvers
Responsible for pulling together business overview decks across all channels
Own the business customer learning plan
Drive Weekly Brand LT Meetings
Leads results gathering and assesses success based on set out KPI’s
Organizes results share with media and other channels. Provides results and assets for Business campaign summary
Who you are:
Fluent in qualitative and quantitative research and turning learnings into actionable insights to form decision making
Ability to build relationships with and work collaboratively across the organization and functions
Consistent record of creative and structured approach to problem solving
Ability to develop recommendations based on a thorough understanding of risk, implementation requirements and then execute them to completion
Strong attention to detail, good organization skills, with experience of running multiple projects in parallel
Passion for solving problems and being a driven teammate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues at all levels of the organization
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, and presentation creation
