Senior Manager, Reorganizations
As the leader for EG’s Reorganization program, you will be responsible for partnering with various People Team leaders to design the strategy, prioritize deliverables, and create processes to maximize business value.  You’ll use high-level perspective to define goals and create a global vision for EG’s reorganization projects.  You will own and monitor the Reorganization product roadmap, while ensuring People Leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and centers of excellence (COE) teams are informed and engaged while working smoothly together.

This role designs cross-organizational programs associated with reorganization planning processes. Familiarity with planning standards, enterprise planning tools, and providing oversight are key skills for this role.

This role also requires a strong facilitation and communications skillset as you will be asked to lead program and process discussions with People Team leaders and COEs.  The role is responsible for weighing priorities, timelines, and resources according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.  This role requires the ability to think big with senior leaders during strategy planning and the ability to source and analyze detailed external research. 

What you’ll do:

  • Design EG’s global framework for organizational restructuring planning, processes, communication and execution

  • Assess and prioritize incoming asks from stakeholders for review and execution of projects

  • Oversee a variety of long-term & short-term reorganizational projects and ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives. Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline deliverables.

  • Ensure focus on strategic business initiatives of the organization while overseeing execution of plans, identifying improvement opportunities, troubleshooting, and implementing new processes

  • Review internal and external Communications, draft reports and presentations as needed

  • Act as a liaison between the stakeholder, HR Business Partners, and delivery teams to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time

  • Lead regular cadence meeting reviews on global reorganization plans and attend check ins with stakeholders and those executing plans throughout planning, communication, and implementation phases

  • Identify large projects requiring project management support to ensure proper resourcing and delivery planning

  • Work with several teams across matrixed areas of EG and influence teams to drive accountability for program and planning outputs

  • Build and cultivate critical relationships with internal partners

  • Think holistically to find opportunities around vision, and policies/processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.

  • Assist with a whole systems approach to analyzing issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) are identified and accounted for

  • Continually assess efficacy of the program and regularly adjust as necessary

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional experience required; MBA preferred

  • 8+ years of global reorganizations experience, with 3 years of product/project management experience

  • Bias for results and decision making vital to address bottlenecks, identify critical issues that arise, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and encourage behavior to improve business benefit

  • Navigating a sophisticated yet fast-paced organization with a variety of teams working from multiple global locations.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with excellent written and oral communication skills and effective listening and consultative skills

  • Experience in leading multiple internal workstreams
