Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Segments

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize market trends, business performance, and customer insights to inform target go-to-market strategy
  • Draft business marketing briefs, including key objective, goals, audience, deliverables, KPIs, cross-functional needs, competitive landscape, any campaign requirements (markets, messaging, partnerships, offers, etc)
  • Establish strong relationship with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing and product to deliver on initiatives
  • Lead the development and execution of brand activations geared toward the target segment, ensuring that activations are culturally relevant, fresh, and meaningful - this includes insight mining, brief creation, planning, execution, measurement, and postmortem analysis
  • Work closely with analytics team to understand funnel analysis on website and gap/benefits that should be launched with a clear view of ROI of new features
  • Define the measurement of brand campaigns/activations and how to best optimize creative campaigns going forward based on learnings
  • Be an internal ambassador for the brand and target segment - share wins, publicize results, and ensure executive buy-in of marketing plan

Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA strongly preferred)
  • At least 7 years working experience in marketing or management consulting and experience with US Latino Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and solve unstructured problems, and to “get stuff done”
  • Excellent people management skills with executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive and work under pressure with competing priorities
