Do you have a strong bias for action and enjoy creating simplified and effortless customer experience through technology? We are looking for versatile Product Managers to join our Engineering delivery team. Our team enables our EG engineers to deliver a world class developer experience by continuously integrating and delivering code reliably & efficiently into production. Our paved road products offer increased productivity to our engineers by enabling faster product iterations thereby ensuring faster time to market.

What you'll do:

  • Strive to understand our developer and employee customers – identify target personas and conceptualize effortless end-to-end experiences

  • Support development of the north star vision for future platform products used by some of the largest travel brands in the world

  • Define success and establish metrics to measure platform product performance

  • Collaborate on the creation of a product strategy for a portfolio of platform product initiatives from inception through delivery

  • Design a multi-quarter roadmap, product scenarios, user stories, and product backlog

  • Drive implementation, collaborating with dedicated and cross functional engineering teams

  • Deliver tangible business outcomes by working closely with engineering, design, and operation leaders

  • Advocate adoption of your platform products internally and externally

  • Build feedback and data loops to enable continuous product improvement at scale

  • Execute efficiently in a fast-paced fluid environment where change is constant, and creativity is encouraged

Who you are:

  • Enthusiastic traveler who believes that travel makes the world a better place

  • Technologist who understands that simplification is paramount

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience

  • Master's in MBA or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience

  • 5+ years of product management or development experience in a corporate environment

  • Experience delivering technology products and measuring outcomes in a growth environment where priorities shift fast

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex concepts simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence

  • Strong customer focus with excellent problem solving and analytical abilities

  • Understanding and exposure to UI/UX development, web services and API design

  • Proficient in agile methodology and tools (e.g. JIRA)

  • Curious and dedicated to lifelong learning, self-awareness, and improvement
