Senior Product Manager, Experimentation & Experience Tooling

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will define and deliver our product strategy & roadmap for the experimentation platform and tooling that allow us to measure our impact on the customer experience and evolve it forward.  

You will partner with teams across the company – including Data Science, and those teams working on capabilities including multi-variate experimentation, ML-driven experimentation, surveys & customer feedback forms, and data capture – to deliver an experimentation platform that enables our teams building customer experiences to make better and faster decisions. 

What you'll do:

  • You will develop the long term product strategy & roadmap for Experimentation Platform & Experience Tooling
  • You will work with numerous stakeholders to holistically define a complex problem space, desired customer and business outcomes and effective solutions
  • You will drive cross-team collaborations with leaders to move projects forward and close on open questions, ensuring that blockers are identified and removed
  • You will use frameworks to align stakeholders and leadership on product direction/key decisions. Effectively influence for best outcomes
  • You will exhibit storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships
  • You will create a set of qualitative and quantitative measures to drive performance across an existing product area
  • You will prioritize new product features or strategic direction based on metric impacts
  • You will promote collaboration among team members. Encourage others to cooperate and coordinate efforts

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience  
  • Experience in driving complex projects/initiatives, anticipating and mitigating risks 
  • Product experience in providing requirements for platform features and capabilities 
  • Previous experience in enabling experimentation, AI/ML, or instrumentation products will be beneficial 
  • Ability to present complex technology concepts in a simple manner and present key technology challenges or overviews to senior stakeholders 
  • Great influencing skills and experience in working in complex organizations 
  • Show strong judgment: you’ll have experience of making sound decisions based on both data and intuition 
  • See the big picture whilst handling the details
