Senior Product Marketing Manager, Audience Segments

The B2B product marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Audience Segments. Your objective is to develop a deep understanding of our audience through research and to take new products and features to market. You’ll use insights to create relevant, solution-based messaging and positioning for the segments, and ultimately drive adoption and growth for our products.

You have experience diving into a complex ecosystem of buyers and internal stakeholders, leveraging research, tools and existing knowledge to distil target audience into clearly defined segments. Furthermore, you excel at communication and storytelling and driving adoption across the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for developing a deep understanding of our segments by conducting research and working with the sales team to gather insights about their needs, use cases and buying process

  • Create personas and archetypes to aid in building a better understanding of our audience

  • Drive an audience-centric marketing approach within the organization and bring together our various product offerings into a unified proposition. Develop needs-based, differentiated messaging and content with a focus on cohesive solution narratives for our target segments

  • Secure internal alignment and adoption of the segments and help rally teams around a shared vision

  • Enable a 360-degree approach to selling by arming the sales teams with audience-centric collateral. Continually test, iterate, and improve assets

  • Feed segment insights to the rest of the organization and provide direction on market opportunities for the portfolio

  • Gather intelligence on our competitors through a variety of methods and develop impactful positioning and messaging that can be leveraged by various teams

  • Drive the development of partner-facing assets including case studies, pitch decks success stories and testimonials

  • Lead go-to-market of feature launches; work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Sales Enablement, Sales, Growth Marketing, PR, etc. to enable successful and efficient launches

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization

  • Experience conducting market, competitor, and customer research to gather and distill insights and assess market opportunities

  • Commercial mindset, ability to work alongside and influence sales team

  • Excellent communication skills, able to create an impactful narrative which convinces both internal and external audiences

  • Executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional partners and decision makers

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced technology space is highly desirable
