Looking to join a team taking some of the world’s most exciting consumer travel products to market to delight travelers worldwide? At Expedia Group, we are passionate about bringing together travel and technology to create innovative products that deliver better experiences for travelers. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join Expedia’s consumer product marketing team. This role will be a core part of a recently createdfunction within the team helping increasethe reach of our product messaging through expandedcommunications channels. Your work will help our consumer products reach new audiences to drive product adoption and retention.
As Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will manage how our team communicates our consumer products and their benefitsto internal audiences. You will partner closely with product marketing leads, the employee communications team, and other internal stakeholders toarticulate the benefit of Expedia’s consumer products across the organization.You will help to advocate internally to ensure that the keyinformation and benefits of our consumer products reach the rightinternal stakeholders at the right time during the go-to-market process.
As this is a new function, we are looking for a self-starter who will help develop new processes and playbooks, act as subject matter expert for their area of work within the team, and continually test, iterate, and improve on their approach.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Expedia’s employee communications team to understand different internal audience stakeholders and what information they value concerning consumer product launches
Develop a solid understanding of the product roadmap to help build cross-product narratives relevant to different internal audiences
Contribute toa company-wide calendar of consumer product communications
Lead development of internal landing pages for new products working with the wider consumer product marketingteam
Ensure that product launches are communicated internally at the right time in the go-to-market process, including managing an internalproduct briefingprocess
Craft clear, concise, and organized communications materials relevant to your audiences (e.g., presentations, messaging materials, one-pagers, content repositories)
Collaborate with the team to identify KPI and success metrics for your area of work
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in product marketing or similar function in a B2C organization, preferably for a company with a global customer base
Excellent storyteller, writer, and communicator, who is passionate about developing messaging and value propositions tailored to different channels and audiences
Experience withinternal productcommunications to employees
Comfortable translating complex technical information and data for non-technical audiences
Working knowledge of product marketing best practices, with enthusiasm to build processes applying these practices and uplevel the work of our team
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
Experience usingConfluence and SharePoint

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $72,500.00 to $ $101,500 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $116,000.00 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
