What you’ll do:

  • Help key partners solve business problems by delivering highly complex solutions that orchestrate or automate hundreds of communications across multiple Business Units (BUs).
  • Interpret business requirements and consult about email implementation strategies.
  • Develop highly dynamic and mobile-responsive emails as well as push notifications.
  • Build and test email templates that meet requirements, follow production best practices while adhering to QA guidelines.
  • Develop scalable solutions and own the implementation of the project, continually assessing and communicating risks, progress, and upcoming level-of-effort.
  • Act as a technical leader on the Production team, mentoring, coaching, and helping others grow.
  • Review code written by peers and provide feedback on errors/issues discovered during QA & UAT.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting in email best practices, including design, build, deliverability, data driven emails, etc.
  • Experience in large scale email campaign migrations to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with AMPscript, including basic personalization strings, conditionals, lookups, loops, parsing XML and/or JSON payloads.
  • In-depth experience creating complex, dynamic email implementation solutions.
  • Experience building emails in Content Builder drag-and-drop, as well as Advanced and Interactive content blocks, including dynamic and enhanced dynamic, email form, etc.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
