Technical Program Manager III - Marketplace Trust

Our team is looking for outstanding Technical Program Manager who is highly collaborative and broad-minded problem solvers willing to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable the most trusted travel marketplace in the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner close with Product and Engineering to deliver end-to-end data solutions
  • Participate in product delivery and influence how various agile engineering practices can be used
  • Lead and support teams through agile ceremonies
  • Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives within the agreed timeframes and ensuring that requirements are completed
  • Talk architecture and data integrations
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule
  • Think holistically to find opportunities around policies/processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
  • Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow
  • Coordinate with team members to implement new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals
  • Gain partner trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests
  • Guide the organization through program delivery and outcomes
  • Create clear, concise and organized communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages)
  • Communicate technical and business concepts expertly to mid-level management

Who you are:

  • Reached this point of reading because felt the resonance with about all the above
  • Enjoy data, architecture, processes and being a facilitator who helps the team be successful and launch on time
  • Partner well with engineering and product, understand the value of strong partnership
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 4+ years of professional (Technical) Program Management experience in a technology organization, working with large scale systems is a plus
  • Able to prioritize tasks and projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Proficiency with project management including agile methodology, identifying, and handling risks, tracking dependencies, while communicating overall project status
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Solid collaborating skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to varying audiences
  • Experience with using data and metrics to drive outcomes
  • Actively seeks diverse feedback on work and anticipates feedback to address it proactively
