Elvira Ampt, Senior Community Manager, Leader Development, reached out to Cleo when her two-year-old daughter started struggling with sleep. Cleo connected her with a sleep coach to customize a plan. “[The coach] really heard who I am, what my values are as a mom and what advice could help me with that,” Elvira shared. Though a bit early for her daughter’s age, the sleep coach advised Elvira to start transitioning her daughter to a bigger bed, and to include her in the process of choosing one. Elvira’s daughter fell in love with the new space, and it created an opportunity for them to bond while creating healthy sleep habits.

After their positive experience, Elvira turned to Cleo again, when she needed support for the ongoing anxiety and grief of losing her wife to cancer. Cleo connected her with a coach specializing in relationships, grief and trauma. The coach helped her process her first panic attack and gave tips to cope with anxiety. “I’ve had two pretty big challenges in my life in the last six months,” Elvira said. “And both times, Cleo came to the rescue.”

When Tracy Guyette, Director, Program Management, learned her out-of-state mother was showing signs of dementia, she used Cleo to connect with a social worker specializing in elder care. Focused on finding the best living arrangement for her mother, the social worker provided her with options from local in-home caregivers to assisted living institutions. Tracy says, “Hearing from an expert that I was thinking about the right things and working on the right things was very valuable.” Though she has many decisions to make, Cleo saved Tracy time and energy as she processed her mother’s needs.
