Mentorship Program
My favorite benefit at Expedia Group is the Mentorship Program. As someone early in their career, having access to meeting someone more senior, from a different part of the business, has been incredibly valuable. My mentor has been instrumental in helping me navigate the workplace and discover what I’m passionate about by introducing me to colleagues across various teams and showing me the different opportunities available within the company. This support has been fundamental to my ability to successfully transition from originally being in an Account Management role, to my current role in Data Science.

Travel Reimbursement
The EG Travel Reimbursement has given me the incredible opportunity to connect with my roots on a whole new level, allowing me to experience Mexico in ways that are truly meaningful and memorable. Through this benefit, I’ve had the chance to travel across the country and visit more than 15 Pueblos Mágicos, each with its own story, traditions, and sense of place. Some of my favorites include: Tequila, Jalisco; Tlaquepaque, Jalisco; San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato; Teotihuacuan, CDMX! These journeys have become moments of reflection and reconnection, helping me better understand my family’s history and the culture. Visiting centuries-old plazas, and learning about local legends has been both grounding and healing. Using this benefit has given me a way to honor my heritage and return to work feeling recharged, inspired, energized, and more connected than ever.

Wellness & Pet Support
One of my favorite benefits is the Wellness Reimbursement, which I often use to upgrade my protective riding gear so I can stay as safe as possible while motorcycling and touring, fueling another passion of mine. This benefit (combined with our pet support benefit for new pet owners) also supports pet wellbeing purchases, such as the interactive toys I have bought to keep them active and healthy. My 4 year old cat, Milo, absolutely loves to play, and as a pet parent it genuinely means a lot to know that my workplace values his wellbeing just as much as I do.

Wellness Reimbursement
My favorite benefit at Expedia Group is the Wellness Reimbursement. I really value how flexible it is, letting me choose what wellbeing means for me. Sometimes that’s signing up for a fitness class or investing in mental wellbeing resources, but one thing I especially appreciate is being able to use the travel reimbursement alongside it, for flight tickets. I relocated to the EG Madrid office, so this benefit allows me to visit my family in Germany more often, which has a huge impact on my overall happiness and balance.
