Demonstrate ability to align and influence stakeholders beyond the product team and positively impact department-level strategy
Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in ecommerce search infrastructure, ML-powered systems, and semantic search or equivalent experience
Proven success in building platforms that support large-scale, high-traffic consumer experiences.
Strong technical fluency in search architecture, ML model lifecycle, and API design.
Experience working with ecommerce search, ranking systems, or recommendation engines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to influence across engineering, data science, and design teams.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for solving complex problems.
Experience in travel, marketplaces, or personalization platforms.
Experience with multimodal search, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
