Expedia Group is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Brands Division and join the Forecasting task force. This task force team is embarking on a journey to simplify, enhance, and ultimately improve the accuracy of the Brands forecast. Workstreams will include clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing new timelines and processes, and influencing the improvement and alignment of data and technical tools. The ideal candidate has a background in FP&A and Financial Business Partnership and is able to think creatively, yet practically, about the implementation of a refined forecast process.

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate and prioritize Finance’s needs from the forecast output

  • Influence the design of the overall flow of forecast cycles and the micro routines needed to support

  • Establish clearly defined roles and responsibilities for all parties involved in producing a forecast

  • Guide the rewrite and automation of calculations that produce the ultimate P&L forecast figures

  • Institute tools and reporting capabilities that provide access to relevant forecast data

Who you are:

  • An experienced finance leader with experience in FP&A and financial business partnership who understands the needs of Consolidating finance teams as well as business leaders

  • A strategic thinker, with a history of seeing big picture ideas and influencing others to implement these ideas

  • An extremely organized, autonomous leader with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
