Segment Marketing (CRM) Manager

Do you love travel and connecting with customers through engaging communications? Expedia Group is looking for a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty organization. The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering email, push, in product placements and landing pages.You will partner closely with cross functional teams in Analytics, Creative, and Production & Capability teams to develop compelling campaigns driving key objectives around reactivating and winning back our travelers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies designed to reactivatetravelers,across Expedia,Hotels.comandVRBO

  • Identify data driven opportunities to enhance our existing lifecycle programsthrough research, insights and self-serveanalysis

  • Create program and campaign level test plans that clearly ladder up to ourbusinessobjectives.

  • Manage the end-to-end development of globalcampaigns

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product andTech, Production andLoyalty

  • Evaluate campaign performance, leveraging data to extract actionable insightsthat refine and optimize future marketing efforts.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or any other related fields; orequivalent related professionalexperience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in the e-commerce and/oronline marketingspace

  • Critical thinker with a capacity for original and innovative thinking, adept at structuringbusiness and customer challenges and introducing creative solutions to drive growth andefficiency.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders anddrive delivery through a cross functionalteam

  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to improve marketing effectiveness throughdata andinsights

  • Demonstratable attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitiveinitiatives

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce MarketingCloud or other communication tools are all aplus
