Creating an Accessible Workplace at Expedia Group

Building a Culture of Accessibility

Accessibility goes beyond physical spaces, it’s about fostering a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered. Our AIM (Ability Inclusion Movement) Inclusion Business Group (IBG) provides a platform for employees with disabilities to connect, share experiences, and advocate for accessibility initiatives. AIM also partners with teams across the company to:

  • Organize training sessions and workshops on disability awareness and inclusive practices.
  • Collaborate on accessibility-focused workplace improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and peer support for employees with disabilities.
